LG Display has showcased its latest OLED lighting products and artworks at Euroluce 2017 from April 4 to 9. Under the theme “The Light of Inspiration”, the event came to a close with great success, resulting in more than 10,000 visitors attending the LG Display booth.

Additionally, an opening presentation with Ross Lovegrove, who has created lighting artworks in collaboration with LG Display, was held on the 4th of April. Approximately 180 people attended the event to hear about the collaboration between Ross Lovegrove and LG Display and the future of the OLED light market. Many designers, architects, and lighting related professionals participated and it truly was a great opportunity for people to experience and learn about OLED light technology.

During the exhibition, LG Display presented various kinds of lighting products, solutions, and technology including high-end residential lighting and retail display collections. Attendees were also able to learn about the history of LG Display’s partnerships and see products that have been created using LG OLED light panels.

Among the OLED products displayed, Lovegrove’s collaboration installations, the ‘Medusa’ and ‘Pyrosome’, attracted interest from participants with unique and eye-catching designs. Lovegrove discussed the inspiration he took from flexible LG OLED light panels and his works received positive comments from the participants.

LG Display would like to thank all the visitors and participants who showed interest in LG OLED light and its technology. We promise to return with more interesting content and next-generation technology next time at Euroluce 2019. Thank you.
